Through the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD)–supported Special Agro-Industrial Processing Zone (SAPZ) programme, smallholder farmers, women, and youth in Ogun State are transforming agriculture into a driver of rural prosperity. The initiative promotes inclusive and climate-resilient value chains such as cassava, rice, poultry, and fisheries by providing access to infrastructure, technology, and markets. These photographs document the real-life impact of SAPZ: farmers expanding production, processors adding value, and communities building better livelihoods across rural Ogun.
